  The pastor is a great teacher and Jesus Christ is the center of everything. Members are friendly and warm.

  Pastor Dale is a great bible teacher and Pastor, however the Clarksburg Campus has no real direction or an onsite Pastor for that matter, I give my rating just based off Clarksburg not the other campuses. Personally I would rather visually see and interact with a live Pastor than watch a video streamed. The ministries, especially the youth ministries do no have great direction or oversight. For the most part the church employs interns and lower level staff who are very young to run most aspects of the church which is fine but there should be senior leadership especially in Clarksburg. In addition, most likely because as a whole Redeemer is a mega church they lack the personal touch, especially if your going through a difficult time which I can attest too and I know others who have left feeling judged or not communicated with properly about various issues. Pastor Dale is genuine in his messages but I do believe they focus more on filling seats and garnering revenue for expansion than planting and watering into the members that are already there.
